1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Brigada.dev ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Brigada.dev provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, DevOps solutions, SEO services, and technical consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and reusable components. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by clients during the course of our engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or disclosed with the client's consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brigada.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to address issues reported within a defined warranty period as specified in individual project agreements.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables and project materials upon final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Kosovo.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
