Evergreen Valleys
Evergreen Valleys sells a lifestyle, not just houses: a sustainable private community in Kosovo. We built the digital showroom — atmospheric 3D renders, house model explorer, appointment booking, and a Filament admin the sales team runs themselves.
A premium development needed a web presence that matched the product: immersive visuals, Albanian and English content, and a way for a non-technical sales team to manage models, locations, and leads.
Laravel 11 with a Filament v3 admin panel and Spatie Media Library for the heavy visual content. Bilingual content model, appointment booking as the primary call to action.
The site is live and drives booked appointments for the sales team; every model and page is editable without a developer.
