The founding team knew exactly which sellers were worth calling and why. What they did not have was a production-grade platform to deliver that knowledge to subscribers, or an infrastructure partner to run it.

What Niche Data is
NicheOS connects distress data, CRM automation and coaching into one system, built to filter out tire-kickers so investors spend their time only on sellers who are ready to make a deal.
The lists cover foreclosures, notices of default, probates, pre-probates, estate sales, divorces and guardianships, on top of parcel data — property details, tax records and ownership history — across more than 3,300 US counties.
Search across the whole country
Nationwide lead data is a search problem before it is anything else. Search runs through Algolia, because the data volume made ordinary database querying too slow to be useful to someone filtering a county for this week's probates.
PostgreSQL holds the data and Algolia serves the search. Each does the one job it is good at, which is a better trade than asking one database to be both the record and the instant search box.
From a record to a conversation
A list is only worth something once you can reach the owner. Skiptracing attaches verified phone numbers, emails and relatives' contact records to a lead, and the built-in CRM takes it from there: leads upload straight in, follow-up is tracked, and text, email and direct mail campaigns run as automation rather than as a to-do list.
Niche Data lists Twilio, SendGrid, Lob and Stripe among its integrations — the plumbing behind texts, emails, letters and billing.
Small first, then grow
The engagement started with a product-first sprint alongside the founder, then a lean full-stack build on Laravel, Inertia and Vue. We kept the team deliberately small at the start and grew it once the numbers justified it, rather than staffing up for a plan that had not met a customer yet.
