Officers were spending up to three hours per shift writing reports by hand. Existing dictation tools captured words but not structure, and nothing was compliant with chain-of-custody requirements.
Two-week discovery with a former officer on the call every day. We built a domain-specific LLM pipeline, a review UI with diffs, and a hosted infrastructure certified for CJIS. First agency onboarded inside eight weeks.
Officers reclaim ~2.5 hours per shift. Rolled out to departments across six states. Report quality up, rework down, and the product is still our engineering responsibility.

My name is Eric Clague. I'm the CEO and co-founder of Policereports.ai. We are a platform that provides document completion and investigative aid to various law enforcement agencies all over the world. We found Brigada Agency about two years ago when we ran into some development issues through scaling and through platform growth that we needed.
