Officers were spending up to three hours per shift writing reports by hand. Existing dictation tools captured words but not structure, and nothing was compliant with chain-of-custody requirements.
Two-week discovery with a former officer on the call every day. We built a domain-specific LLM pipeline, a review UI with diffs, and a hosted infrastructure certified for CJIS. First agency onboarded inside eight weeks.
