A single operating system for healthcare agencies: candidate credentialing, shift marketplace, payroll, and compliance — all in one product that replaced a stack of six separate tools.
Problem
Healthcare staffing agencies were stitching together six tools: an ATS, a credentialing tracker, a scheduler, a payroll provider, an invoicer, and a compliance dashboard. Data was stale before it reached the admin.
Approach
We took on the whole surface area. One data model. One product team. Weekly releases. Payroll engine built from scratch because no off-the-shelf option fit the agency tax model.
Outcome
Launched in 10 weeks. Replaced the six-tool stack for every pilot agency. Now the engineering backbone of a growing SaaS business.
