Kinsail is a UK workplace nursery scheme — salary-exchange childcare that saves parents thousands a year. We built the employer onboarding, the parent calculator, and the HMRC-compliant reporting engine.
Problem
The founder had the financial product but no way for employers to administer it. HR teams needed a tool that didn't require training, tax modelling, or spreadsheets.
Approach
Straight to a minimum launchable product. The salary-exchange calculator as the entry point, employer dashboards second, automated reporting third.
Outcome
Launched the public-facing product and onboarded founding employers. Sign-ups convert without support calls.
